Time of Day Routing Plans allow users to specify where calls should be routed at specific periods of the day and/or specific days of the week.
Numbers that have Time of Day Plans applied to them can be routed to any feature that is available on your service plan. For example, you may require your calls to be delivered to an Auto Attendant (Virtual Receptionist) Menu during the day and your your mobile during your lunch break and to a Hunt Group during the evening.
Another scenario is if you have home workers, you can have inbound calls delivered to home workers during business hours and then to an out of hours answering service in the evening.
